NetAnnex Copyright and Rights of Ownership Agreement

Upon agreeing to be hosted by NetAnnex the following site/domain owner (Arts For All Inc.) agrees to the following conditions.

All images, text and domain name will belong to and remain the property of the domain name owner/owners. All html, php and or any other programing language of the actual site which is displayed to make the site visible on the internet and in the form that is seen, will remain the property of NetAnnex. If site is transferred by the domain name owner all text and images may be transferred but the actual html, php, javascript or any other language will remain the property of Netannex and can not be transferred.

If no written contract is signed or given the above will serve as a mutual agreement. Both parties also agree that the hosting of the site may be terminated if given a thirty (30) day notice by either party. All funds owed or prorated refunds are to be billed and will be paid within 60 days of receiving said termination notice.
