Communication Between Friends

Sometimes you feel like there is no one listening to you when you try to contact a company. You may send out that email and get an auto response in just seconds and then wait days before you even hear from them again. When you do hear from them you have to go through an answer and question game before they even know what you want. What is really funny is you told them in your first email what you wanted but the computer that responded forgot to relay that.

When you email us, you will get no auto response, but we will get back to you within 24 hours. We guarantee that! And when we do email you back, we will give you an answer because we actually read that first email. If our answer isn't quite what you wanted, then let us know. We will keep trying until you are satisfied . That is our Customer Service Motto "We keep trying until you are satisfied". Other companies just try and then give up saying that is just the way it is and we are sorry about that. Not us.

If you want one on one conversation we will call you so that you do not have to go through the "if you want this department press one, if you want this thing press two". We know how frustrating that is. We do not have a queue where we shove all the calls in a row like a bunch of ducks waiting for some human to answer, so no one waits. We call back in a timely manner and listen to what you say. We might set up an appointment for the call back by email. Why? Because you are our customer or future customer and that is what makes us grow, Customer Satisfaction!
